Nice big pool & gym

Basic room with a kettle, coffee (but no cream) and free water. Hotel has a big swimming pool and well equiped gym which is why I choose this one instead of others.

Breakfast is served, small and very simple. For drinks there is only instant coffee and water. This could be better or the price should be cheaper. Location is not very good but ok if you have a motorbike (cca 400-500 / day) or pay for tricykle (200 php / ride).

This hotel is the prime example of, “all the gear, but no idea!” There is so much potential for this place however is it so run down and many parts of the facilities were not available to use. One stand out was the gym - it’s well equipped! However it often had animal poops on the floor!!

- Staff were not helpful and were sitting around in the lobby on their phones. It didn’t seem like they were available to help. - towels were apparently hard to come by - toilet paper was also apparently on rations here… - they tried to add additional charges onto our bill and a “whoops” was what we received when we questioned the bonus chargers.. - breakfast was basic, cold and screamed food poisoning. - there seemed to be one cleaner (he was friendly and helpful!) however it seemed very unfair that he was expected to clean everything when there was literally 5 people sitting downstairs in the lobby… - we had washing done through the hotel and it was delayed without any communication. When we did ask if it was ready to be collected, we were made to feel bad for asking. (We had asked the morning it was due and the following morning only..) Overall, my partner and I have travelled a lot and stayed at many unique accommodations, however this was the worst experience we have ever had. Photos online make this hotel appear VERY differently. We also genuinely never complain, however we would never want anyone to experience what we did. Highly recommend staying somewhere else!!

The staff were nice, it had a pool, ping pong table, a gym and breakfast included in the price.

When we arrived after our 8 hour car trip in the dark we didn't see how outdated the place was where we were supposed to stay for three nights. Our room smelled and our bedsheets had stains so we could not sleep with our blankets on. Extra towels and blankets were not for free. Our towels and the outline fabric of the bed frame were stained as well. There was no warm water on top of the shower corners being rusty. The utensils and glasses in the room were dirty and unusable. The doors and walls did not soundproof the noises coming from the hallway or outside and there seemed to be a creaming cat somewhere. We had a plastic chair (the ones you usually see on the beach) in our room. The wifi was only available when you sit next to the door. And on top of all of that we had a huge cockroach in our room. Don't mean to sound picky but this was not worth the price and did not meet the qualities we expected to have so we switched to another accommodation after the first night.

Very nice hotel to spend some days in El Nido ! Swimming pool is big and gym is well equipped. But the best part is the staff who were very professional and welcoming with us, always available to answer our tourist questions and our accommodation needs. I recommend !

Clean and new facility in a great location.

We had money stolen from our room. No safe in rooms. Staff although tried to be helpful gave poor advice and did not know a great deal about the area.

It’s far from town so we needed a motorcycle. No hot water. No room safe. No lift as they were constructing this as we arrived. Climbing stairs kept me fit.....

One or two members of the hotel actually were able to help and provide service. Some mornings we also had internet if we stayed at the right spot at the right time. Not too far from the beach.

Personnel was too noisy every single morning. 7 or max 9am and you will have to wake up. Communication was hard in many cases, although many basic commodities had to be asked for. There was no beer opener in the hotel, neither in the bar, nor the restaurant or the reception.

Staff is really friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable. Ac works.

Breakfast is awful -how can a hotel stuff this up? The only good thing about the breakfast is the coffee even though it’s a instant coffee!! Hotel and rooms are worn down and lacking maintenance. Bathroom drain doesn’t work and water flows over. The sink to was hands is in the room and not in bathroom -doesn’t seams sanitary! We only eat dinner ones, and it wasn't good at all.

Location is ok, mangrove forest is very nice but already dirty.

Rooms are disgusting, bed was broken, no proper working internet, place is dirty, workers try to do their best but they are not taught to do their job well, telephones working only in the lobby as it is remote place, food is not good, safety is 0, no safety box to your valuables even they say so, workers are forced to choose managements religious beliefs, elevators not working, no hot water, hanging cables in the shower, cheating in drinks and in foods (asked proper whiskey and got always some local rubbish), even menu is with a lot of choices they do not have even half of what they are telling to have, no compensation.

Amazing staff!

I loved the staff which were amazingly helpful. (Even the security guy was nice and funny). They all helped us with booking tours, van to the airport and ferry trips. There was a typhoon which cancelled our trip to Coron and they made calls for us and helped us cancelling hotels and flights. We were able to extend our 5 nights stay with 4 extra nights which was really helpful. They are very flexible with any request and ready to help anytime. I loved that there was a table tenis available which was really good during rainy days. They have a big pool and lots of chairs and tables to seat outside. The breakfast was okay, no choices though. If you are a coffee drinker you are going to have a hard time. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location depends on what you are looking for. It is not in the city center but you can easily go there by tricycle(150pesos one way and the reception can call it for you). What I liked about the location is that is 10 min walking from Las Cabans beach which is reeeally nice and you won't find such a nice beach in El Nido city center. Las cabanas beach has also nice restaurants, the only downside is that they are closing at 9pm so if you want to eat later than that you will either have to eat in the hotel or go to the city center. There is a mangrove that belongs to the hotel I guess and you can have a walk there in the morning.

It is not such a big deal but my room did not have a fridge and had the AC right above the bed which was annoying cause I couldn't keep it open when I was in bed, compared to my friend's room which had a fridge and the Ac was in a different location. The room was not being cleaned without asking for it. One time I even asked and nobody came to clean.

Construction in progress-everything was dirty To be honest kind a in the middle of nowhere-I suggest to pay a bit more for hotel,but you will save on transport from hotel to beach Saw my friends pictures from hostels-those looked better than this hotel.
